HOUSE RULES

Pets
No pets in the bedrooms or on the beds.
Please keep pets on the lead near livestock & woodlands.
Please clear up dog mess in the garden before leaving.

Entertaining
Quiet times between 10pm- 8am.
Smoking outside only.
Please be mindful of nearby neighbours.
Maximum 4 guests per apartment.

Hot tub
Please replace lid on hot tub after use.
No glass in the hot tub- polycarbonate glasses can be found in the kitchen cupboard.
No under 16's in the hot tub.

Farm Animals
We have a friendly farm Labrador called Tilly- she loves to be fussed with!
Often the cows in the front paddock are very friendly but please stay out of the field.
Be aware of farm machinery being used around the farm.

Each apartment has car parking space for up to 3 cars. If you are likely to bring more, just let us know!
